Service Rates

  All on-site Personal Computer Related Work - $75.00/hr – 1^st hour minimum, all time exceeding 1 hour will be billed in 15 minute increments ($18.75/each 15 minute period).  Note:  Mileage outside of Kent County, Delaware may apply.

  All work done in the company shop is $50.00 for the 1^st hour, all time exceeding 1 hour will be billed in 15 minute increments ($18.75/each 15 minute period). 

  Custom Personal Computer Build, preparation and installation – Cost of components plus $150.00 and up for assembly, delivery, setup and support

  Data Recovery starting at $100.00 per disk drive, depending upon disk drive condition

  Consulting Services – Negotiable, based on the current consulting rate scale
